Fresh vegetables not only taste better, but they’re also better for you. Our vegetables are imported daily, carefully picked for freshness and gently packed for you within 24 hours before delivery.

Here’s how we conduct our selection for freshness:

1. Sight Inspection: Bright, even colour WITHOUT dark spots, mold, wilt, bruises or damaged skin. 

2. Touch Assessment: Texture firmness for vegetables such as peppers, zucchini, and cucumbers, potatoes and tomatoes. NO slimey or mushy texture.

As a guide, if you store your whole veggies in the fridge, DO NOT keep longer than its recommended shelf life.

Note: Always throw it out if you see that your items are visibly moldy or have been cut and left at room temperature for a long time. This is an indication of potentially harmful bacteria present in your foods.

2–3 days
Bok Choy, Cherries, Raspberries, Strawberries

3–5 days
Asparagus, Avocados, Beans, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Kale, Mushrooms, Peas, Black Berries, Kiwi, Peach, Nectarine, Plum, Pear, Watermelon

4–7 days
Spinach, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Grapes, Mango, Pineapple

1–2 weeks
Beets, Bell Peppers, Cabbage, Celery, Leeks, Blueberries, Cantaloupe, 

2–3 weeks
Carrots, Parsnips, Apples, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Grapefruit, 

Our vegetables are carefully picked for freshness and gently packed for you within 24 hours before delivery.

We deliver every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. 

Order cut-off time is 2pm. For example:

• If you order Monday BEFORE 2pm, you will receive your order on Tuesday.
• If you order on Monday AFTER 2pm, you will receive your order on Thursday.
